Kodak Black says he doesn’t want to play this song anymore after he gets sober

“It was like the n***a was afraid to be sober or something,” he continued. “Now I can do it. I can go two days without anything, buddy… That motivates the n***as to feel like if the Gremlin can do it, y’all can do it.”

A few weeks after revealing how bad his addiction was, he spoke about his new path to sobriety. During a concert last month, Kodak told the audience he regretted intentionally taking a fake Perc because the pill was so dangerous. He also claimed he used to chew at least 100 pills a day.

“It’s sad though, dude, because it’s such shit — the bar came to my mind so fast,” ‘Yak said. “I was like, ‘Damn, I don’t wanna say that shit, but I know that bitch is going in.’ But that’s not how we’re gonna play, dude. When I was standing on my stage chewing those percs, I ain’t gonna say I was fucking those bitches.”

“I swear to God and my n***as will testify – I was chewing 100 Percs a day, man,” he admitted. “On average, like 40. On average! If I fucked with that fake shit, dude, I would’ve been dead. Dude, I’m saying this, I’m explaining myself now. I don’t want y’all to hear this and take it and feel like it’s OK to do that shit, you understand me?”

It’s great that Kodak wants to turn his life around. Thankfully, he’s on the road to recovery. Read what he has to say about his addiction below.
