Tight End of the Kansas City Chiefs Travis Kelce said his surprise appearance on stage while girlfriend Taylor SwiftThe “Eras Tour” concert in London was his own idea.
“I mentioned it to Tay. I said, ‘How funny would it be if I rode out on one of the motorcycles in 1989, in this era (of the show),'” Travis said in the final episode of his New heights Podcast together with his brother and co-host, former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelcepublished on Wednesday (July 3).
“She started laughing and said, ‘Would you seriously want to do something like that?’ And I was like, ‘I’d love to! Are you kidding me? I’ve seen the show enough times that you might as well have me work here.’ And sure enough, she found the perfect part of the show for me to come in. There was no bike in case I bumped into someone else or the dancers. It was kind of the safest option.”
Kelce, wearing a top hat and costume, performed a skit with Swift and her backup dancers, during which he applied makeup to her and later carried her to a red couch before attempting to revive her during her performance of “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.”
