Taylor Swift sends Sabrina Carpenter a sweet message to celebrate her success

It may seem like Taylor Swift owns the world these days, but in her opinion, summer belongs to Sabrina Carpenter.

The pop superstar left a sweet comment under Carpenter’s new Instagram post on Friday, thanking fans for purchasing tickets to her upcoming tour.

Carpenter wrote: “And all of a sudden you guys sold out the entire Short n’ Sweet tour, Espresso hit number 1 on pop radio. Thank you all so much! Can’t wait to see you on tour.”

The top comment on the post came from none other than Swift, who said, “SABRINA’S SUMMER AND MAY IT CONTINUE FOREVER.”

Carpenter rose to fame this summer following the success of her singles “Espresso” and “Please, Please, Please.”

The music video for the latter almost caused an internet frenzy when it was released last month, starring Carpenter’s boyfriend Barry Keoghan as her “bad boy” love interest.

Carpenter also performed at Coachella for the first time in May and, together with Van Leeuwen, launched her own espresso ice cream in the US.

The former Disney star opened for Swift on her Eras Tour earlier this year and shared the stage with her in Sydney to sing White Horse. Carpenter has long been open about what a huge Swiftie she is, releasing several covers of Swift’s songs and attending her concerts.

She even accompanied the Shake It Off singer to a Kansas City Chiefs game last year and was invited to her birthday party in December. Carpenter and Keoghan were also spotted partying with Swift and Travis Kelce at Coachella after Carpenter’s performance.

After the Eras Tour ended, she wrote on Instagram: “And I thanked Taylor the most. I feel so lucky to witness the magic that is you and this tour.”

“There really is no one like you and never will be! I love you with all my heart and will cherish this Taybrina era (and all eras) until the end of time.”
