Gretchen Wilson finds a buyer for stunning Tennessee home

Gretchen Wilson has found a buyer for her luxurious home in rural Tennessee and the new owner will get a “little piece of heaven,” according to the ad.

The singer of the US show “Redneck Woman” put her 200 square meter house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a price of $625,000 up for sale on May 31 and the luxurious property received several offers immediately after it was put on the market.

Wilson accepted the offer within days of the initial listing, and on June 3 the sale was put on hold, according to online real estate sites.

The sale has not yet been finalized and the sale price has not been disclosed, but if Wilson gets her asking price, that equates to $281 per square foot and a monthly payment of $3,935. Due to the bidding war for the property, it is likely that Wilson will receive more than her asking price.

The property’s luxurious amenities include:

• High coffered ceilings.
• A master suite with an attached bathroom and built-in closet shelving.
• Granite and tile surfaces.
• An oversized bonus room above the garage.
• A screened porch and a large covered porch at the back of the house.

Wilson has been a major player in the real estate business over the years. She sold her former farm in Wilson County, Tennessee in 2011.

Wilson listed her next luxury home for sale in 2016 for $1.7 million and received $2.1 million for the property in April 2021.
