Chris Paul’s son, aka Little Chris/CP4, stars in Foot Locker commercial for Blake Griffin/CP3 Kids (Video)

Thanks to advertising agency BBDO, Foot Locker has developed a habit of consistently releasing fun and engaging commercials to boost sales. Recent spots featuring stars such as Kyrie Irving and Dennis Rodman, Stephen Curry and James Harden, Kevin Durant and Kris Humphries, and Los Angeles Clippers duo Blake Griffin and Chris Paul have all generated laughs and brand awareness.

The latest commercial of its kind brings back CP3 and Blake, but since it’s meant to promote the clothing retailer’s Kids Foot Locker stores, a slightly younger lead actor was needed: Paul’s charismatic and precocious son Christopher Emmanuel II, aka Little Chris, aka CP4 or aka Get Outta Here, Blake:

Pretty harsh treatment for the guy whose face helped make you internet famous (shoutout to Dallas and Rafi), Little Chris. I mean, your dad himself told Jimmy Kimmel you liked Blake more than him, and now you’re kicking the power forward out of the Clippers’ locker room? Ouch. I guess the photo of you helping Dad sign his max contract told the whole story: CP4 is all business when it comes to finding big, cool cubby holes to stash all his stuff in, even if that means shoving an All-Star power forward to the bus stop.

It should come as no surprise that behind little Chris’s bright smile and warm exterior lies a tough nut to crack. Like father, like son.
