Kaleb Cooper announces new book

When Clarkson’s Farm When the show first aired in 2021, the nation quickly fell in love with Clarkson’s outspoken fellow farmer Kaleb Cooper. Over the past few years, the 26-year-old has grown into one of the farming world’s biggest stars and is now documenting his journey in a brand new book.

Clarkson’s Farm Star publishes third book

Titled It is a matter of agricultureKaleb Cooper’s book offers a behind-the-scenes look at life at Diddly Squat Farm, where Cooper works alongside the show’s frontman, Jeremy Clarkson.

A synopsis states that the book will “hit the highs, lows and unexpected adventures of life at Diddly Squat, from wrestling with cranky tractors to dodging the wrath of grumpy cows and why, after all that, he still thinks he has the best job in the world.”

“Kaleb reveals his true, lovable, funny and down to earth self with dry jokes and unique observations that will make you cry with laughter. Absolutely hilarious. This is Kaleb as you know and love him, telling the story of how he became one of the biggest names in agriculture today.”

In a quote from the book, Caleb writes, “Many of these old sayings, ‘Red evening skies…’ etc., are based on real evidence. Not that red evening skies really mean shepherds’ joy – the only thing that will ever please a shepherd is to change his job and not have to work with sheep anymore.”

This is not Cooper’s first foray into the literary world: he has already published two books, The world according to CalebAnd Britain according to Kaleb: The wonderful world of country life.

Cooper was born in Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds and worked for a time on the farm now called Diddly Squat before being taken on by the former Top equipment Moderator Clarkson. There are now three seasons of Clarkson’s Farma fourth is in the works.

It is a matter of agriculture will be released on October 24, 2024.
