Alex Newell honors America
Broadway star Alex Newell took the stage to sing “America the Beautiful.”
Alex played Unique Adams on Glee and starred in various Broadway productions including Schucked and Once On This Island.
They have won Tony Awards and have been nominated for Critics Choice, Gold Derby, Screen Actors Guild and Hollywood Critics Association awards.
Alex ended his performance with a rendition of “Brave” by Sara Bareilles.
