Chris Hemsworth calls his wife Elsa Pataky his “rock” on her 46th birthday

In a sweet message for her 46th birthday, Chris Hemsworth called his wife Elsa Pataky his “rock.”
The “Thor” star’s partner celebrated her birthday on Monday (July 18, 22) and Chris declared his love for her in a tribute posted on Instagram with a photo showing him sitting on her lap in his costume on the set of “Thor: Love and Thunder.”
In the caption, the 38-year-old star wrote: “Happy birthday to this beautiful lady… Thank you for always being my rock, only much more comfortable. I love you…”
Chris and Elsa met in 2010 after being introduced by a talent agent and married the same year. They have a 10-year-old daughter, India, and eight-year-old twin sons, Sasha and Tristan.
In 2015, the family moved from Los Angeles to Chris’ native Australia to raise their children Down Under.
Chris recently spoke about what it’s like being stuck in Australia during the COVID-19 lockdown, admitting he’s been using the time at home to build muscle for his latest Thor role.
He told USA Today: “It came out of boredom. Being in COVID lockdown was like being in prison. It was training, eating, training, eating. There was nothing else to do. Then I showed up at the movie, bigger than ever.” However, the Hollywood star joked that while his male friends were impressed with his new physique, his wife thought it was “too much.” He added: “My wife was like, ‘Ugh, that’s too much!’ A lot of my male friends are like, ‘Yeeeees!’ but a lot of female friends and family are like, ‘Yuck!'”
