Fans of Shania Twain are asking the singer to “go back to her old look” as the 58-year-old looks completely different in new photos

SHANIA Twain’s fans are begging her to return her old looks after claiming she is unrecognisable in recent snaps.

The country singer played up her timeless look and gave it her all for her performance at the Glastonbury Festival.

Shania, 58, posted pictures from the star-studded event on her Instagram page.

“This has been one of my favorite tours yet – sold out shows, amazing crowds and warm welcomes everywhere we go… You guys have really spoiled me!” she wrote in her caption.

“Thank you to everyone who has come to a show so far. I’m having a blast on tour! We’ve got three shows left and I’d love to see you there (hand heart emoji). Lytham, Chepstow, London – let’s go girls!!”

She gave a close-up look at her outfit, which included a long pink ruffled jacket.

The singer of “The Man! I Feel Like a Woman” wore the jacket over a tiny black dress.

Her accessories included a large silver necklace, black gloves that reached up her arm, and a black cowboy hat with rhinestones.

Shania shared video footage from the Glastonbury Festival as well as behind-the-scenes photos and videos from her time in England.

In one video, she was seen without makeup, wearing a baseball cap, green shirt and black jacket, and stood in front of the sign welcoming visitors to the festival.

The award-winning musician posed in another snapshot in the same outfit next to Rag’n’Bone Man.

Elsewhere in the post, she was seen hugging Delta Goodrem.

Shania wore a honey blonde wig in the photo.

In the comments, fans expressed their dismay at her appearance and begged her to return to her natural look.

Shania performed on the Pyramid stage on the fifth day of the Glastonbury Festival.

She impressed her fans with her outfits, but some were distracted by her appearance.

Many people said at the time that she didn’t look like herself.

A fan posted on X (formerly Twitter) that the “You’re Still The One” singer “looks absolutely stunning and rocks out on the Pyramid Stage!”

Another fan commented: “She looks absolutely stunning.”

Shania wears wigs quite often and fans are divided about how she looks in them.

In May, she appeared on the How To Fail podcast with a more natural look, and fans who claim she looks better without it were delighted to catch a glimpse of the “old” Shania.

Shania promoted her appearance on the podcast with a social media video together with Elizabeth Day.

In the clip, the Canadian star smiled, wore barely any makeup, a hoodie and her blonde hair tied back in a messy bun.

In the comments, How to Fail listeners praised the singer for her comments on the show.

The first photo showed her sitting on a motorcycle with her legs stretched in the air.

She wore a sheer coat over a silver outfit, matching metal platform shoes and a long platinum blonde wig.

In one of the videos, Shania wore another long, blonde wig while singing “Rosanna” with Toto lead singer David Paich.

Fans were not happy about the wigs in the comments section. One critic wrote: “I know I’m going to get feedback but I used to like Shania but I’m no longer a fan of the wigs and clothes.”

“Granted, her voice is not the same, but do we need those wigs and costumes?”
