Morgan Wallen’s Song Premieres a Day Early on iHeartCountry — Here’s How to Listen

Morgan Wallace is set to release his highly anticipated song “Lies Lies Lies” on Friday (July 5), but iHeartCountry listeners can hear it a day early.

On Thursday (July 4), iHeartCountry stations will spotlight Wallen’s “Lies Lies Lies,” a song the country star recorded at the legendary Studio Two at Abbey Road Studios in London on December 5, 2023. This recording followed the East Tennessee native’s sold-out show at the O2 Arena two days earlier. “Lies Lies Lies” was written by Jessie Jo Dillon, Josh Miller, Daniel RossAnd Chris Tompkinsproduced by Joey Moiaccording to a press release from Wallen’s record label. The press release states that the song “represents the narrator’s attempt to convince a past love in one breath that he has moved on before admitting they are all ‘lies’ and giving in to his true feelings.”

Wallen previously recorded “Lies Lies Lies” on Abbey Road Sessionsa 7-track collection of songs recorded at Abbey Road Studios and released as a surprise to fans on the one-year anniversary of One after the other. Wallen recorded new versions of some of the songs that appeared on the 36-track album in March 2023, along with two unreleased ones: “Lies Lies Lies” and his cover of “Graveyard Whistling” by Nothing but thieves.

Wallen will be taking to the stage for his first-ever headline performance at BST Hyde Park in London on July 4. The lineup also includes Riley Green, SERIOUS, Ella Langley, Alana Springsteen, Zandi Holup and other.

“Lies Lies Lies” follows “I Had Some Help”, Wallen’s hit single with Post Malone. It is one of 18 tracks on Posty’s upcoming country album. F-1 billionin August. Wallen’s latest album is One after the other. You can find his music here on iHeartRadio.
