Keke Jabbar’s boyfriend shares “official” details about the reality star’s death at age 42

A close friend of Keke Jabbar, the reality TV star who died this week at the age of 42, has revealed details of the cause of death.

Jabbar appeared in the US series Love & Marriage: Huntsvillewhich aired on Oprah Winfrey’s television network OWN and followed a group of couples starting a real estate business in Huntsville, Alabama.

Jabbar’s death was confirmed on social media by LaTisha Moore Scott, Jabbar’s cousin who also starred in the reality show. Scott asked for “respect” and “privacy” after the news was announced.

YouTube star JoAnn Jenkins has now put an end to all speculation about Jabbar’s cause of death, stating in a live stream: “Keke did not overdose, Keke did not take her own life. Keke loved life. Keke was not ready to leave life. She was not ready to leave her children, her husband or her family.”

Jenkins claimed that Jabbar often became tired and “fell asleep anywhere” and decided to sleep after her car broke down.

Jenkins shared the “official statement”: “So, this morning at seven her husband goes to the garage. He sees Keke, who he thinks is sleeping in the car. He tries to get her attention. He opens (the car). She’s not breathing.

“Her husband, her partner, her best friend tried to get his wife, the mother of his children, back, but he couldn’t. Keke died of carbon monoxide poisoning. That’s all. That’s all.”

Jabbar’s death was first announced by YouTuber Marcella Speaks, who read a statement from Jabbar’s family in a video.

According to the statement, Jabbar died “peacefully at home” while “surrounded by love.”

“She was a mother, a sister, a great friend, full of life, love and laughter. She will be missed very much,” the statement continued.
