Ci Siamo collaborates with the best New York bars for an aperitivo series on terraces

Even if you can’t spend the summer in Italy, you can still drink up a storm with the new Terrazza Aperitivo range from Ci Siamo, the pasta purveyor of Chef Hillary Sterling and Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group. And they’re toasting the season by partnering with some of New York’s most popular bars.

Throughout the summer, the Italian-inspired restaurant (440 West 33rd Street, Suite #100) will be offering a series of special aperitivos on its stunning third-floor terrace, along with alfresco cocktails from participating New York City bars, light bites, views of the Empire State Building and fresh music from a live DJ.

Kicking things off on Thursday, July 11, the team from Peachy’s (the chic cocktail bar on Doyers Street under Chinese Tuxedo) will take over the patio from 5:30pm to 9pm. They’ll be followed on Sunday, August 11, from 4pm to 8pm by the folks from Temple Bar, the popular martini hangout in Lafayette.

The series continues on Friday, August 16th from 5:30pm-9pm with the bar staff of nautical-inspired cocktail hangout and raw bar destination Grand Army. The month concludes on Sunday, August 25th from 5pm-9pm with a pop-up by the acclaimed Dead Rabbit (currently the #33 bar in all of North America according to the World’s 50 Best list). And for the grand finale, playful East Village dive bar Mister Paradise moves in on Tuesday, September 3rd from 5:30pm-9pm.

Guests can secure their spot on the terrace by making a reservation on SevenRooms. Drinks and food orders (the aperitivo menu includes an olive-studded pizzette and a porchetta panino) are paid for on site.
