Taco Bell launches a cheap menu: This is what’s in it

Taco Bell joins the ranks of restaurant chains that offer inexpensive meals.

The chain’s new $7 Luxe Cravings Box is now available at participating restaurants.

The meal includes Chalupa Supreme, Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, Double Stacked Taco, chips and nacho cheese sauce, and a medium drink. The restaurant chain says the combo is about 55% cheaper than the price of the individual menu items, USA TODAY reports.

What’s new on the Taco Bell menu?

Taco Bell is launching two new items for the summer. The new items will be on the menu starting July 8th.

Cheesy Street Chalupas: A cheese shell filled with a blend of melted mozzarella and pepper jack cheese, with your choice of meat, fresh onions, cilantro, jalapeños and creamy ranch sauce. ⁤

Jalapeño Ranch Nacho Fries: The The seasoned fries are served with spicy jalapeño ranch sauce and are available in either a beef or vegetarian version. ⁤

Which Taco Bell items are coming to grocery stores?

Taco Bell has partnered with KraftHeinz to launch its Cravings Dips line. The line includes Creamy Crunch Dip Supreme, Saucy Mexican Style Pizza and Spicy Bean Dip, inspired by the flavors of Mexican Pizza, Crunchwrap Supreme and Bean Burrito. The new Cravings Dips are slowly hitting retailer shelves nationwide.

If you love big portions, you’ll love Taco Bell’s Cheez-it Tostada menu, which includes a giant tostada:

• Large Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme: Like its original, this Crunchwrap Supreme includes seasoned beef, warm nacho cheese sauce, crisp lettuce, reduced-fat sour cream and diced tomatoes, but the typical tostada wrapper is replaced with a Big Cheez-It cracker before being wrapped in a tortilla and grilled for takeout.
• Large Cheez-It Tostada: The Big Cheez-It Tostada features the Big Cheez-It cracker topped with layers of Taco Bell seasoned beef, diced tomatoes, lettuce, shredded cheese, and reduced-fat sour cream.
• Large Cheez-It Box: This box includes the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme, a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, regular size nacho fries with nacho cheese sauce, and a medium soft drink.
