Notre Dame Football Show: Reaction to Fighting Irish news | EA College Football 25 rankings

In a weekly YouTube live show Tim Hyde And Mike Singer Discuss and react to the latest news and information from the world of Notre Dame football and recruiting.

The guys start the show by discussing the status of Notre Dame football recruiting for the class of 2025. They then discuss Irish football rivalries, talk about ND’s EA College Football 2025 rankings, and more.

Four Notre Dame players were named to the Walter Camp Preseason All-America Teams this week. Three of them were the usual suspects – the same players who made the Fighting Irish a defensive force in 2023.

Howard Cross III. Xavier Watts. Benjamin Morrison.

Cross and Watts were named Walter Camp Preseason First Team All-Americans, while Morrison was a second-team All-American at Notre Dame wide receiver. Jayden Harrisona Marshall transfer who was an All-American kick returner last fall and appeared on the Walter Camp Second Team in the same role this year.

Cross was among the top five defensive players in the FBS last year with his 66 total tackles. Watts is tied for the NCAA lead with seven interceptions. Morrison, a junior, is considered one of the best cornerbacks in college football and should have a good chance of being selected in the first round of the NFL Draft in 2025. Harrison was one of five players in the country with multiple kick return touchdowns.
