“Deadpool & Wolverine” star Ryan Reynolds imitates Taylor Swift’s “Evermore” album cover and reignites cameo rumors

Ryan Reynolds enjoys advertising Deadpool and Wolverine And in his latest teaser he took inspiration from Taylor Swift.

The actor shared a new Deadpool photo in his Instagram story, showing the Marvel superhero’s back in the middle of the forest.

Swifties quickly noticed the similarities to Swift’s Always album cover. Reynolds even added Swift’s song to the Instagram post.

The actor’s post also sparked rumors that Swift would make a cameo appearance in Deadpool and Wolverine. In 2022, Reynolds said he would be open to having Swift appear in the Marvel film.

“If we were to shoot the next Deadpool movie in our house, that would be the place,” Reynolds told Entertainment Tonight about the fan theory. Reynolds said he would love to see her in the upcoming film, adding, “Are you kidding me? I would do anything for that woman. She’s a genius.”

Swift is a friend of Reynolds and his wife Blake Lively. gossip Girl Alum was one of the friends who accompanied Swift to the Super Bowl game earlier this year, which was won by Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs.

The closeness between Reynolds and Swift has led fans to speculate that the singer is in Deadpool and WolverineSwift’s music video for “All Too Well” was filmed at Reynolds and Lively’s home, and Reynolds made a cameo appearance in Swift’s music video for “You Need to Calm Down.”

EW recently reported that Swift did not have a cameo appearance in Deadpool and Wolverine. Director Shawn Levy told the same source that the film has a lot of cameos: “We didn’t want the cameos or characters to be the story of the film. But they’re sprinkled throughout. There are a lot of characters. The internet is full of rumors about the multitude of character cameos in this film. Some rumors are true, some are completely false.”
