World famous football manager spotted in Lolo, Montana

Seeing a world-famous soccer manager in Lolo, Montana wasn’t on my bingo card this week, but here it is.

A Twitter page called Madrid Zone, which describes itself as an “independent meeting place for all your #RealMadrid, #UCL updates, news, stats and much more,” tweeted a picture of the legendary Carlo Ancelotti at, of all places, the Jack Saloon in Lolo.

1) I could recognize the Jack Saloon anywhere with all the dollar bills hanging from the walls and ceiling beams.

2) For a “world class” executive, his sunglasses could use an upgrade. Just look at how crooked they are on his face. I guess you don’t have to dress up when you’re worth $50 million.

If you don’t know Carlo Ancelotti, let me fill you in. He is the current manager of Real Madrid in La Liga and has played for some of the best football clubs in the world – Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, Juventus and Everton.

Ancelotti has received numerous accolades throughout his long career. He is a two-time winner of the World’s Best Club Manager award, a five-time Champions League winner, a two-time Spanish league champion, a two-time German Super Cup winner, a one-time English league champion, an Italian Cup winner and a three-time FIFA Club World Cup winner.

Just to name a few.

It was pretty cool to see Ancelotti hanging out at the Jack, but also pretty random. Did he fly in from Madrid just to chill in the mountains? Does he come here regularly? What do you think he was drinking? A Rainier? A Cold Smoke? Maybe a Moose Drool?
