“OITNB” actress Lea DeLaria calls on Biden to assassinate Trump

Orange is the new black US actress Lea DeLaria uploaded a powerful speech on Instagram calling on President Joe Biden to take advantage of the Supreme Court’s newly defined immunity rules and assassinate Donald Trump.

DeLaria released the video on Monday in the wake of the Supreme Court ruling that the former president cannot be prosecuted for any “official acts” while in office. The ruling has led to speculation that a president could theoretically assassinate a political rival and then call it an “official” act. Well, that’s exactly what DeLaria called on Biden to do, quite provocatively, comparing the assassination to the preemptive killing of Adolf Hitler before World War II.

“Joe, you’re a reasonable man,” she said in a post that garnered about 9,000 likes. “You don’t want to do that. But here’s the reality: This is a f***ing war. This is a war now, and we’re fighting for our f***ing country. And these assholes are going to take it away from us. They’re going to take it away from us. Thank you, (Supreme Court Justice) Clarence ‘Uncle’ Thomas. Joe, you have the right now to take that bitch Trump out. Take him out, Joe. If he was Hitler and it was 1940, would you take him out? Well, he’s Hitler. And it’s 1940. Take him the f***ing out! Blow him up, or they’ll blow us up. Facts.”

In the comments, she added: “Now it’s total war. They’re going to destroy us. They just want power… like all tyrants. FUCK THEM!!! And if any of you assholes want to threaten me with death like you’ve done my whole life, go ahead, bitch. I’m Sicilian, I know how to play this game.”
