Coye reveals why he didn’t flirt with these two “Love Island USA” stars (Interview)

The first week of Love Island USA was full of surprises. Coye Simmons entered the villa looking for a confident, adventurous and outgoing woman in the reality dating series. It looked like he had found what he was looking for, with JaNa Craig. Some islanders thought they were as good as married. But JaNa wanted him to persuade her to have further conversations and to make an effort.

Collider spoke with Coye on June 20 about the first three days of the season. He expressed his regret for not having spoken to other womenwhy he held back with JaNa and the drama since he left Peacock show.

Coye’s intro focused on his height, and fellow islanders often commented on his 6-foot-8 stature. “I feel like I’m more than just tall,” he said. “I play basketball. I have a business degree. You don’t really hear that side.” He wished the audience got to know his funny personality.Even when I looked back and watched it, I was just bored or something,” he noticed.

Coye started the season with the most options. Hannah Smith,Serena Pageand JaNa chose him on the first night. Coye said his type was “natural bodies” and confident. He already kissed JaNa and Serena during the getting-to-know-you game.”I feel like the kiss really didn’t have much of an effect,” he said of his choice. Coye said he was “overwhelmed” and had to make a quick decision, so he chose JaNa.

Unlike in the USA, the ladies of “Love Island UK” did not agree.

The former islander spoke in his final words about how he regretted not having explored more options. “I probably would have explored things with Serena and Hannah,” he revealed. “Just because, like three women chose meso I should have explored these other options.” He did not pursue her because the men they were with Cordell Beckham And Kendall Washington, spoke about them. “I didn’t try to backdoor any of the brothers,” he said. “But at the same time, I know now that you have to do that.”

Coye believes all the islanders are still confused, especially after the games. “People here just cry on dates over someone they just met,” he said. JaNa cried over him, but she started to get to know him Connor Newsum when things weren’t going well. Coye claims Connor came into the villa and said he liked blonde hair and blue eyes. But JaNa also made it clear that she didn’t want to be anyone’s second choice.”I was just as confused as everyone else,” he said.

“I can’t say that much in three days,” the big islander claimed. JaNa disagreed and asked Coye to say more. Would he have put in more effort if he had had a different match? “I could have put in a little more,” he admitted. But he made it clear he wasn’t ready to talk about childhood trauma on national television in the first week. Coye claimed JaNa also had boundaries about the things she didn’t want to talk about because of the cameras.

Of course, the abandoned islander watches the new episodes. Rob Rausch experienced a more emotional journey in the villa. He cried during a conversation with Leah Kateb and walked dramatically into the pool. “It’s confusing, I would also have the same feelings,” Coye claimed. Fans have been split into Team Rob or Team Leah since he showed interest in someone else. “I don’t see one side as the other anymore,” Coye said. He said no one has closed themselves off and that has led to confusion.

He also shared his thoughts on Serena and Kordell. Serena ended the relationship with him, although they were technically a couple. Kordell spoke to sex bombs, Andrea Carmona And Nicole Jacky. Kordell stood up to possibly pair up with one of them at the next mating ceremony, but they did not elect him. Serena claimed that the space has increased her desire for Kordell, so there is hope for the two of them.

“I feel like she is a real personCoye said. He called Serena “the most realistic person in the house.” Coye could tell from their conversations that they didn’t want to jump the gun. He said there was chemistry between them when they talked about their icebreaker kiss, but that stopped when Kordell obviously liked her.

“That’s not really me,” he said of trying to prevent a relationship. It doesn’t sound like Coye was a good casa boy, but he had fun talking about it. “If I went in there and stirred things up, that would be crazy,” he said, laughing. “The next time I had to go in, I’m going to rip some things up.” However, he could not know any of the men and could not know anything about their relationships. “Yes, I could do that,” he said.

Coye missed out on meeting Andrea and Nicole. Who would he have pursued if he was still in the villa? “They’re both equals,” he said. He believes that’s why most men turn their heads away. He hopes to see original islanders at the finale. Coye says there’s still no bad blood between him and JaNa. “I hope she really finds what she’s looking for,” he said Collider.
