BET Experience launches with comedians Chris Spencer and Earthquake

The BET Experience, presented by Walmart, kicked off the first night of the comedy series at the Miracle Theater in Inglewood, California. Comedian Chris Spencer and his talented friends, including the legendary Earthquake, provided laughs and jokes in an unforgettable evening of comedy.

Spencer was the perfect choice to bring all the world famous comedians together and kick off the annual BET Awards week. He is an incredibly talented and quick witted individual with over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry, starting his career at the age of six. With a diverse portfolio that includes acting, writing, producing, directing and stand-up, Spencer is at the forefront of the entertainment world. He has starred in over thirty TV commercials and nine feature films, appeared in countless TV shows, published a book and travels on national comedy tours.

It was also a nice feeling to see so many female comedians on the big stage. Tiffany Haddish has a motto: “All or nothing,” and she gave it her all on stage. Melanie Comarcho and Aida Rodriguez did the same.

Other acts included Finesse Mitchell, Brandon T. Jackson, Andre Pitre and Lewis Dix Jr.
