Days after teasing the release of a new song, Eminem has released the next track from his upcoming album – this time with support from fellow Michigan rappers BabyTron and Big Sean.

“Tobey,” the second single from Eminem’s upcoming album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), was released at noon Tuesday, a day after the Detroit rapper announced the album’s July 12 release date. The new song follows the release of “Houdini” in May, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it Eminem’s best chart performance in over a decade.

Over a ticking instrumental whose simmering urgency is never quite tempered by a beat drop, the four-minute “Tobey” opens with verses from BabyTron and Big Sean before handing over to Eminem.

Warning: explicit lyrics.

The title of the new song is a reference to Spider-Man actor Tobey Maguire, who is also mentioned in the lyrics, while the cover is a tribute to a famous Spider-Man dual identity meme from a ’60s cartoon.

At one point, Eminem refers to last year’s dispute with hip-hop pioneer Melle Mel, who questioned the Detroit star’s status as one of the greatest rappers in history.

The music video for “Tobey,” directed by Cole Bennett, will be released on Friday, Universal Music announced.
