TRAVIS Kelce has turned down the chance to work with Netflix on a new major project.

The streaming giant had a hit with “Quarterback,” which followed the lives of three NFL passers, including Kansas City Chiefs superstar Patrick Mahomes.

This show is followed by the new series “Receiver” starring Justin Jefferson, Davante Adams, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Deebo Samuel and George Kittle.

Kelce, 34, was asked if he would like to participate, but declined to follow his teammate’s example.

“After Patrick Mahomes made quarterback, I was asked about it,” he told Barstool Sports’ Bussin’ with the Boys.

“I – I don’t know. I’d rather just play ball, man. I’ve got enough to do with the podcast and everything.

“I’m sick of this reality shit, dude. I’m out of this shit.”

Thanks to his relationship with Taylor Swift and the successful “New Heights Podcast” with his brother Jason (36), Kelce spent a lot of time in the spotlight this summer.

Jason and his wife Kylie were featured in the documentary series “Kelce,” which followed their family life.

“But I thought it was cool how my brother got his doctorate,” Kelce added.

“It’s like witnessing the end of a career and seeing the ups and downs and struggles that he went through.

“I think he did it right. But that was so typical of him and I just don’t know if I have the desire to do something like that.”

Travis Kelce tells Chiefs fans, ‘Let’s be honest’ after revealing which NFL team he would leave Kansas City for before retiring

“I’d rather concentrate on the ball, baby.”

Kelce and the Chiefs are aiming for a third consecutive Super Bowl in the 2024 season.

The training camp at Missouri Western State University begins on July 20th and lasts until August 15th.

The Chiefs’ first preseason game will be away at the Jacksonville Jaguars on August 10.

They will then play two games in a row at Arrowhead Stadium.

Travis Kelce the actor

NFL star Travis Kelce has apparently landed his first major acting role.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end plans to become a heavyweight figure in the music and entertainment industry.

Kelce saw his star status rise after going public with his girlfriend Taylor Swift last summer.

Now the 34-year-old has been cast for the new horror series “Grotesquerie”.

Directed by Ryan Murphy, the creator of “American Horror Story,” the drama is scheduled to be released on FX this fall.

Kelce will appear on the show alongside Niecy Nash-Betts, Courtney B. Vance and Lesley Manville.

On Tuesday, Nash-Betts appeared to confirm Kelce’s involvement with a surprise revelation on Instagram.

“This is what happens when WINNERS come together,” she captioned a clip of Kelce in a backstage dressing room.

In between partying and traveling around Europe, Mahomes, 28, and Kelce recently attended a mandatory minicamp at the Chiefs’ practice facility.

“I think everyone is pretty motivated to keep the mentality from last year,” Kelce said.

“We didn’t achieve back-to-back by always talking about back-to-back.

“We’ve done it by trying to figure out how we can best improve from last week. I think that mindset is key.”

Mahomes’ recent vacation photos have shown that he has shed his “dad bod” as he steps up his preparations.
