Hunter Biden sues Fox News because the series about him is considered “revenge porn”

Hunter Biden is suing Fox News for broadcasting nude photos of him, claiming it amounts to “revenge porn.”

The network’s series, “The Trial of Hunter Biden,” consisted of six episodes released in 2022 on Fox Nation, the online platform of the conservative network owned by the family of media mogul Rupert Murdoch.

The series is a dramatized version of a criminal trial and included a disclaimer that the proceedings were fictional. In the series, the First Son is accused of corruption – allegations that have been made for years by supporters of Donald Trump and point to Hunter Biden’s past business dealings with Ukraine and China.

The allegations never led to legal action.

But the series includes real images of Biden “showing him naked, showing unclothed or exposed intimate parts of his body, and observing him engaging in sexual acts,” the complaint says.

“Fox released these intimate images as part of an entertainment program and distributed them to its vast audience of millions in order to humiliate, harass, annoy and distress Mr. Biden and to damage his reputation.”

The images come from a laptop that Hunter Biden dropped off at a computer repair shop but never picked up.
