“Islanders. Tonight there will be a reunion where the boys will choose which girl they want to pair up with. Uma, as the newcomer, you choose which boy you want to pair up with first. #MakeAMove,” Uma read aloud.

As the islanders nervously gathered around the fire pit, Uma was the first to make her choice.

“I would like to team up with this boy because I feel like we have a great connection. We’ve had a lot to talk about since I’ve been here…” she began.

“He showed me a lot of interest. It’s still early days, so it’s quite difficult for me to make this decision right now,” she continued, before finally choosing Ayo.

After Uma made her decision, it was the boys’ turn.

Ronnie was the first to choose. He decided to stay with his partner Jess, but revealed that he was still open to meeting new people. Joey also stayed with his partner and chose Samantha.

Ciaran was torn between his partner Harriett and Nicole. At the beginning of the episode, Joey forced him to choose between the two, which led to a big argument with the rejected Harriett. Unsurprisingly, Ciaran chose Nicole at the reunion.

After Ciaran took his partner away, Sean decided to explore things with Harriett. Eventually, Munveer decided to stay with his partner Patsy, leaving Mimii alone.

As her phone beeped, she read the ominous text: “Mimii, you are single now.”

Luckily, this wasn’t the end of her Love Island journey as she received a second message: “Omar is waiting to meet you on your first date.”

Will sparks fly between Omar and Mimii?

Love Island will be broadcast on ITV2 and streamed on ITVX.
