Chris Brown demands that PartyNextDoor publicly apologize to him

On Sunday (June 30), Chris Brown took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to respond to PartyNextDoor’s tweet that appeared to criticize Breezy, Jeremih and Bryson Tiller for including Party’s ex-girlfriend Desma Tripp in their latest music video. While Brown didn’t name any names, he seemed to demand an apology from Party for his transgression.

“Ni**as sometimes speak without thinking,” Brown wrote. “Then call my people and try to take that sh*t back. Nah ni**a go on your social media and apologize or keep the same energy when you see me.”

Party had previously addressed the three R&B singers by name. “I’m gonna make these ni**as cry… Bryson Chris; and Jeremih… enjoy the nights of your life,” he wrote.

Shortly after CB’s response, Party seemed to comply with Breezy’s request.

“To be clear, I have nothing but love and respect for these guys,” Party tweeted on Monday (July 1). “Shit happens.”

PartyNextDoor and Jeremih have argued before

Desma starred in the music video for Jeremih’s new song “Wait on It,” and Party and Jeremih have historically not had the best relationship. In 2016, the two went on tour together as part of their Summer’s Over Tour. During the tour, dramatic arguments broke out between the two crooners, and Jeremih called out his co-headliner by name during a show at the South Side Ballroom in Dallas.

“Dallas, I love y’all,” Jeremih told the crowd. “All my fans, I love y’all. PartyNextDoor and his crew are fucking ni**as,” he told the audience. “Now tell me that. Tell me what I said now? You better be screaming for PartyNextDoor now. Tell him to pay the fake budget they pushed through at night.”

Jeremih was excluded from the tour shortly after the tirade.
