Marshanne Kendrick-Love – Culver City Crossroads

“Her devotion and commitment to family, friends, children of all ages, and to life itself was a lesson in strength and joy,” said her husband, Scott Love. “Marshanne left a lasting impression on everyone who had the pleasure of experiencing her deep love and kindness.”

Marshanne fought bravely against cancer since March 2021, but lost her battle on June 26, 2024.

“Marshanne dedicated 20 years of her life to teaching in CCUSD, sharing her knowledge, love of pandas, and kindness with countless students,” said Superintendent Brian Lucas. “She was especially valued for her role as a second grade teacher at El Rincon Elementary School, where her commitment to teaching and love of El Rincon were palpable.”

A crowdfunding campaign has been launched for El Rincon Elementary School teacher Marshanne Kendrick-Love, who died on Wednesday.

“We need your support and this fund will help us make her final arrangements,” her husband said. “The type of memorial service will be determined as we collect donations and other support funds over the next few weeks. Thank you to our large community of family and friends.”
