Paul Mescal and Gracie Abrams sparked romance rumors when they apparently went out to dinner together over the weekend.

Irish actor Paul Mescal28, has recently been linked to several famous actors, and now speculations are rife about him and the American singer-songwriter Gracie Abrams24. On Sunday, TMZ shared photos from Normal people The actor and singer sit across from each other in a London restaurant, laughing over drinks and sharing plates. At one point, it even looks as if Mescal reaches over to stroke Abrams’ face.

Just last month there were dating rumors about Natalie Portman43, and Ayo Edebiri28, with Mescal. However, sources are quick to set the record straight, stating that his relationships with both actresses are platonic in nature. In fact, Natalie and Paul have developed quite a friendship and have known each other for a while now. Likewise, sources revealed that he and Edebiri are just good friends.

Ultimately, it might be difficult to get a direct confirmation from Mescal, as he has taken a vow (in Vanity Fair), after the separation of Phoebe Bridgers.

Mescal explained: “Sometimes I can drown out (the public urging), and other times it makes me really angry and upset. People write and say things because any person who is in the public eye has a certain interest in how that person lives their life, who they live with, what they do and how they go about it.”

“But the temptation is still there to say, ‘Shut up. This is my life. This is what is happening here. Or this is what not continues.’ But as far as I can, this will remain my private life.”

It will be interesting to see if the two are together or if their relationship develops into a romantic affair since both are linked to Bridgers.

At 13, Gracie Abrams uploaded a cover of Phoebe Bridgers’ “Waiting Room” to Soundcloud. “It was the first thing I ever posted on the internet, and it was so s****y,” she laughs. “I was literally recording into the computer speakers.” Nearly a decade later, Abrams opened for Bridgers in Austin, Texas.

Mescal and Bridgers were together from 2020 to 2022.
