Do Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have a prenuptial agreement that would cost the singer millions?

After Justin Timberlake was arrested for drunk driving in Long Island, New York, attention turned to his wife Jessica Biel.

Since they tried to marry in 2012, the couple’s relationship has made headlines in the past after the “Sexy Back” singer was accused of cheating on Biel. JT’s reputation has also taken a hit due to some of his past controversies, and most recently due to what Britney Spears claimed in her memoir The woman in me about how he treated her when they were together.

Now, some fans are wondering if the arrest could cause further marital problems and lead to a divorce between Timberlake and Biel, and if so, how much money he would have to pay.

Timberlake was arrested just hours after Biel posted a tribute in which she called him her “rock.”

Biel, who shot her Prime Video series The better sister in New York City, released rare photos of Timberlake with their children Phineas and Silas for Father’s Day, along with a heartfelt message in which she called her husband her “rock.”

“You are so many things to so many people. But to us, you are THE ROCK,” Biel wrote on Instagram on June 16, posting a few family photos. “The rock we climb and lean on. The rock that protects us from the sun. And when we lean on you like we always do, hopefully our butts will keep you grounded and warm forever. We LOVE YOU.”

TMZ obtained a copy of the police report confirming that the “Suit & Tie” artist was pulled over in the early hours of June 18 after leaving the American Hotel in the village of Sag Harbor in Suffolk County. Timberlake was charged with drunken driving, disregarding a stop sign and driving his gray 2025 BMW out of the proper lane. According to court documents, Timberlake told the arresting officer he had only had one martini and refused to take a breathalyzer test.

According to a source, he also muttered: “This will ruin the tour.”

Timberlake is in the middle of his “The Forget Tomorrow World Tour,” which began in April, shortly after some fans “retired” him and his album flopped following allegations of abuse in Spears’ book.

The “Cry Me a River” singer cannot afford any more bad press as it has already had a negative impact on his career.

As for his marriage, the timing of his arrest is at least embarrassing for Biel. But talk of a divorce at this point is nothing more than speculation by fans. If they were to divorce, Timberlake, whose net worth is estimated at $250 million, would likely have to pay Biel alimony and child support.

In addition, their prenuptial agreement includes an infidelity clause that, according to the New York Daily News, states that Timberlake would pay Biel $500,000 if he cheated on her. He was accused of cheating on Olivia Munn in 2010. Then, in 2019, rumors circulated that he cheated on his Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright after they were spotted cuddling in New Orleans. He apologized for an “error in judgment” but denied having an affair with Wainwright.
