Taylor Swift sings “Clara Bow” for Stevie Nicks during Dublin tour: Travis Kelce and Julia Roberts are present

Actor Stevie Nicks attended the evening of The Eras Tour in Dublin. On her last tour, Taylor Swift took advantage of Fleetwood Mac’s presence and performed her song Clara Bow from her latest album Tortured Poets Department for the first time during her concert. The singer and the actor have been friends for over a decade. Taylor dedicated the evening’s acoustic set to Nicks, praising her presence in the Lover singer’s life. The concert took place on Sunday at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.

Taylor praises Nicks ahead of Clara Bow performance

As Rolling Stone reported, just before playing the song that mentioned Nicks, Taylor expressed her gratitude to the actor in front of a cheering crowd. “You don’t even know she’s doing it, she’s just befriended so many female artists just to be a guiding hand,” the Folklore singer began just before the acoustic set.

She continued, “I can’t tell you how rare this is. She’s one of my heroes and someone I can trust with all my secrets – she would never tell anyone.” Taylor also mentioned how Nicks have helped her with so many things in her life over the years. Introducing the star-goer to her cheering fans, she said, “I’m talking about Stevie Nicks. So I’m going to play ‘Clara Bow’ for her for the first time.”

Travis Kelce and Julia Roberts at the Dublin Tour

In addition to Nicks, actress Julia Roberts and her boyfriend Travis Kelce also graced the final night of the tour in Dublin. The two were seen chatting in the VIP tent while Taylor performed her routine on stage. As Page Six reported, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end rushed from his teammate’s wedding in California on Saturday night to thank her wife.

Bridgerton actress Florence Hunt was also spotted swaying to the Evermore singer’s rhythms.

Timeline of Taylor Swift and Stevie Nicks’ friendship

Taylor and Nicks’ friendship dates back to their performance at the 52nd Grammy Awards in 2010. Later that year, the actor wrote an essay about the aspiring singer in Times Magazine. As USA Today reports, the two grew closer over the years, and in 2022, Nicks expressed how You’re Own Your Own Kid from Taylor’s album Midnight gave her comfort while she was mourning the loss of a friend. The 34-year-old singer also sang the song for her icon during the Dublin night.
