Taylor Swift bravely put out a fire during a girls’ night at her New York home!

If there was a sudden fire in your home, you would be I am ready…? Taylor Swift it was totally!

In a new interview, the 34-year-old said: Epoch Tour Opener and new beast Gracie Abrams told a wild story about how the Anti-Hero Singer rescued her friends from a fire! Six months ago, according to the I miss you, I’m sorry Singer chats with BillboardT-Swizzle and her girl group were enjoying a fun night at their Tribeca, NYC apartment when things got scary FAST!

It was about 6am when the ladies returned to Taylor’s house after dinner and a few drinks – by all appearances, the atmosphere was not very sober at this point. Gracie remembered a thud from another room, which the group probably thought was one of the cats – Meredith, Olivia or Benjamin Button – knocking something over. Only later did they realise that it was actually a candle that had fallen over! Oh no…

Luckily, Tay Tay came to help and knew exactly what to do, even though she had already drunk so much that evening! She grabbed the fire extinguisher and put out the fire immediately! Wow! The 24-year-old raved:

“She was such a legend. I don’t know how she knew what to do at that hour or in our condition. We both had a terrible cough for weeks from the fumes from the fire extinguisher.”

Wild!

We’re glad to hear that Taylor and her best friends got away safe and sound – things could have been much worse. She reacted quickly!
