On Sunday, June 30, Taylor Swift made Eras tour history when she repeated an outfit during the 1989 Part of her show. Or at least since she added The “Tortured Poets” section set for a production lasting over three hours.

Swift revamped her hugely popular show following the release of her 11th studio album in April. Since then, the pop superstar has worn various skirt/top color combinations during her performances. 1989 Songs from the old days.

Before every concert, many Swifties had fun guessing what color combination the 34-year-old would wear. Swift has never repeated the same outfit for weeks – until now.

At the Aviva Stadium on Sunday, Swift again wore her green skirt and orange top, the same combination she wore at the show on Friday, June 28.

A fan account first drew attention to the Eras Tour on X (formerly Twitter), writing: “TAYLOR SWIFT REPEATED A 1989 OUTFIT COMBINATION FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER AT TODAY’S SHOW OF ‘THE ERAS TOUR’ IN DUBLIN! #DublinTSTheErasTour.”

In the comments, fans couldn’t get over their shock, with many wondering what the sudden change could mean. “SHE’S CHANGING THE RULES WE CREATED FOR HER GAME,” one X user explained. “At least I was half right. I played the clown for double green.”

Other fans hoped the repeated appearance was an indication that Swift would soon announce Call (Taylor’s Version)). “IT’S SUCH A GIVING SNAKE OMGG REP TV IS REALLY COMING,” one wrote, while another exclaimed, “NEHHH REP IS ANNOUNCED TN.”

Someone else joked: “She loves cosplaying as a carrot too much.”

It’s too early to tell if Swift’s costume change has any meaning, but we’re sure Swifties will have no shortage of theories!
