Why Elon Musk calls Lucasfilm president ‘deadlier’ than the Death Star

Elon Musk shoots Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy in a war of stars-like fashion.

The billionaire owner of X – formerly known as Twitter – used his social media platform last week to mock Kennedy, apparently in response to fans’ complaints about the latest release in the war of stars Franchise.

The series—The Acolyte— has perhaps the most diverse cast in a war of stars Project to this day, making it a target for opponents of the woke project. The Acolyte recently drew criticism from the woke movement for its excessive use of pronouns in an episode, and subsequently drew a rebuke from the series’ co-writer Claire “CK” Kiechel, who called the reference a joke.

In addition, right-wing experts, including The Daily Wire Ben Shapiro and Bret Cooper were upset about The Acolyte Creator Leslye Headland and star Amandla Stenberg’s gay jokes about war of stars Characters and costumes.

The jokes came during a conversation between Headland and Stenberg with The Wrapwhere the interviewer called The Acolyte “probably the gayest war of stars by a considerable margin.”

Musk has now set his sights on Kennedy and war of stars as a whole. In a June 21 post on X, Musk responded to a meme posted by a user that included three photos of high-performance war of stars Weapons and a picture of Kennedy.

The images of the weapons were captioned “Planet Killer,” “System Killer,” and “Fleet Killer,” while Kennedy’s caption was “Franchise Killer.” The caption “Planet Killer” is taken from a photo of the Death Star from the first war of stars Movie from 1977.

In his response to the user’s meme, Musk reacted to Kennedy’s photo, writing, “She’s deadlier than the Death Star!”

The X-Posts are the latest actions in Musk’s dispute with Disney

Elon Musk was not finished with his criticism of Lucasfilm’s Kathleen Kennedy after calling her “deadlier than the Death Star.”

On June 22, Musk posted on X: “Kathleen Kennedy is extremely misogynistic.”

Kennedy took over the presidency of Lucasfilm when war of stars Creator George Lucas sold his company to Disney for $4 billion in 2012.

Musk’s dispute with Disney stems from the fact that the company paused its advertising on Disney Plus in November 2023. This was in response to the platform owner spreading an anti-Semitic post.

In February, Gina Carano, who returned from her role as Cara Dune in the war of stars series The Mandalorian after a controversial post on Twitter – announced that Musk would cover her legal fees in her lawsuit against Disney.
