Kravetz holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in psychology from the University of South Florida with certifications as a human resources generalist and in strategic human resources.

“We are excited to welcome Kimberley Kravetz to the Emerald Island and Rainbow Club family,” said Tim Brooks, General Manager of Emerald Island and Rainbow Club casinos. “Kimberley comes highly recommended and we are confident she will be an invaluable asset to our employees and the community we serve. We extend her a warm welcome and look forward to her successful future with the company.”

Prior to joining Emerald Island and Rainbow Club Casinos, Kravetz worked in human resources in the medical industry. In her new role as human resources generalist, Kravetz will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, recruiting, compensation, compliance and payroll across both casinos. She will also provide guidance and advice to team members as needed.

Kravetz has three children and regularly volunteers with the Animal Foundation. She is an avid runner and has won numerous half marathon medals. When she is not working, volunteering or running, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking or skiing.
