Reese had previously stated that she viewed Wilson as a leader and was inspired by her, which led her to wear the one-legged sleeve. Reese had also revealed at the time that she had had a rod inserted into her left leg, which had left some scars, and that was why she wore the extravagant one-legged sleeve.
