ESPN posted the clip on X, formerly Twitter, where it received over 220,000 views and nearly 1,400 likes.

In the comments section, fans shared their love for the singer.

“Best draft moment ever,” said one social media user.

“Well done, Celine,” repeated another.

“Big improvement,” commented a third.

In 2022, Celine spoke about suffering from stiff person syndrome, which means she regularly suffers from painful cramps.

In heartbreaking scenes from her new documentary “I Am: Celine Dion” she revealed more about the diagnosis.

The singer was filmed battling tremors all over her body as doctors screamed that she was “in crisis.”

The devastating scene was shown towards the end of the documentary, which was released on Amazon Prime on Tuesday.

The 56-year-old was asked to lie on her stomach on a physiotherapy couch because she was suffering from cramps in her fingers, face and feet.

The paramedic and another assistant then carefully turned Celine onto her side and she was seen crying as the seizure worsened.

When it finally subsided, Celine opened her eyes and stared at the ceiling with an exhausted expression on her face.

Then she sat up, covered her face with her hands and wiped away her tears.

Although she is still battling a number of health issues, Céline Dion’s highly anticipated comeback could come much sooner than her fans think, according to a report in the US Sun.

What is stiff person syndrome?

Celine Dion stepped out of the spotlight after being diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease

Stiff person syndrome is a rare neurological disorder that progresses over time.

The disease causes pain and muscle cramps that worsen over the years.

The condition is characterized by “progressive stiffness and painful spasms in the back and limbs, often triggered by touch, noise or fear and made worse by movement,” according to Contact A Family, a charity for families of children with disabilities.

There is currently no cure, but deaths from this disease are rare.

Severe chest cramps can sometimes cause breathing difficulties.

The singer received a formal offer from the organizers of the Paris Olympic Games to perform at the grand opening ceremony next month.

The news comes amid rumors that a return to the Las Vegas Strip is also on the cards.

“Céline has made no secret of her desire to return to the stage and Paris would be the perfect opportunity for her to do so,” a source said.

“Unlike other offers, which are complete shows, Céline would only sing one song during her performance at the opening ceremony.

“The formal offer to perform was made earlier this year and Celine is working around the clock to make it happen.

“She has made great progress and is getting stronger every day, but she is not out of the woods yet.”
