Travis Kelce’s cameo hints at future with Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are anything but shy about their relationship – a Super Bowl performance always makes headlines – but the NFL star’s appearance on stage at his girlfriend’s show is a major milestone and could be a taste of what’s to come for the duo, according to sources close to the couple. A friend explained that “Taylor and Travis had so much fun being on stage together at her show” and that the time leading up to the big surprise was already a bonding experience.

“It was definitely a new turning point in their relationship and they had a lot of fun showing the world a very personal side of themselves,” an insider said. Entertainment tonight. “They are so happy with how everything went and have been very pleased with the reaction from the fans.”

Swift and Kelce “had a great time practicing together backstage and were so sweet and kind to each other,” the source added. “They are a naturally bonded couple. It was a very special experience for them and also hints at what their future together could hold.”

Kelce joined Swift onstage at her June 23 show, where he helped her with a skit before the “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” portion of the show. He wore a classic tailcoat and top hat, while Swift wore a white two-piece suit and her signature red lip color.

After the cameo, Swift praised her beau’s performance and said she was “blown away” by the moment.

“I’m still laughing my head off/blown away by @killatrav’s Eras tour debut,” she wrote on Instagram, before sharing that she “will never forget these shows.”

Previously, sources had reported ET that this moment had required a lot of planning and had been in preparation for some time.

“Taylor and Travis recently talked about Travis appearing on stage for the Eras Tour when the time was right, and they finally made it happen,” the source explained. “Travis was so excited to join Taylor on stage, and Taylor couldn’t be happier to feature him, especially during such a fun, pivotal scene in the show.
