Sharon Osbourne’s extremely private daughter Aimee sends an emotional message to her famous father Ozzy

Aimeee, the eldest daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, leads a low-key life, largely away from the spotlight, unlike the rest of her famous family.

However, the talented musician made sure to pay tribute to her beloved father Ozzy on Sunday by celebrating Father’s Day with a never-before-seen photo.

Aimee posted an old photo of herself as a baby on Instagram, with Ozzy holding her in his arms.

In the caption, she wrote, “I hope this Father’s Day brings you peace and love.” Aimee lives in Los Angeles and decided at a young age that she didn’t want to be in the spotlight when the rest of her family competed on their famous reality show. The Osbournes.

Sharon and Ozzy are also the parents of Kelly and Jack, who have five children together. Although the couple are very close with all three children, unfortunately Kelly and Aimee have not spoken to each other for several years.

During an appearance on Dax Shephard’s podcast Armchair Expert in April 2022, Kelly said of her sister, “We don’t talk to each other.” When asked why they were estranged, she replied, “We’re just very different. She doesn’t understand me and I don’t understand her.”

Aimee made similar comments in 2015 about the state of her relationship with her siblings – including her brother Jack, 35. “I wouldn’t say there’s an easy atmosphere between us, but there’s an acceptance,” Aimee, 37, told The Independent. “Are we social? No.”

When The Osbournes began their career in 2002, Amy decided not to join them. Instead, she moved out of her parents’ home at just 16 years old to maintain her private life. However, she has since followed in her family’s footsteps in the entertainment industry.

Aimee told New York radio program Q1043 about her decision a few years later, explaining: “I grew up around a fairly well-known father anyway, and I always valued my privacy within that family.

“For me personally and for the person that I am, you know, both morally and just to give myself a chance to really develop into a human being rather than just be remembered as a teenager, it didn’t really fit with what I envisioned for the future.”

Sharon admitted she was “heartbroken” when Aimee moved out of the family home while the rest of them took part in the show.

During an episode of The conversationShe said: “She (Aimee) felt she didn’t want to grow up in front of the camera. She hated the idea – she thought it was horrifying. And so she left at 16 and I regret that she did that every day. It broke my heart when she left.”

The talented artist is an accomplished singer, but unlike her father, her genre is synth pop. Her debut single Raining Gold was released in 2015 and she has had other hits including Cocaine Style. Aimee has also tried her hand at acting, appearing in the MTV adaptation of Wuthering Heights in 2003.
