These mid-sized retractable dock levelers are specifically designed to handle pallet trucks, electric pallet trucks, straddle carriers and forklifts, providing versatile solutions for various needs in the retail, construction, food processing, manufacturing and warehousing industries. They are also used for dock-to-ground access, providing flexibility and convenience during loading and unloading operations.

Constructed from heavy-wall tubing, the 3000 Series drop-in lifts provide maximum rigidity with minimum weight, ensuring durability and reliability. These lifts feature a hinged bridge with retraction chain that seamlessly bridges the gap between the truck and the lift. This innovative design feature improves efficiency and safety for both operator and product.

Quality is evident throughout the system. Cylinders are machine grade and feature built-in return lines that improve quality, durability and reliability. Pressure hoses are double wire braided and feature JIC connectors. To withstand temperature fluctuations and other environmental hazards, the 3000 Series submersible dock lifts use mild steel containers instead of the plastic often found in competitive systems. The entire system is fully primed and finished with a baked enamel finish.

The 3000 Series retractable lift is available in 27 models with 58 inches of lift and lowered heights from 10 to 17.5 inches. Lift capacities range from 8,000 to 20,000 pounds with platform sizes from 6 x 8 to 8 x 12 feet. Custom sizes are available to meet your specific needs.
