Firestone Walker unveils new 4th of July campaign featuring local singer

Campaign features Jade Jackson’s performance of “This Land is Your Land”

– Firestone Walker Brewery recently unveiled a new Independence Day campaign for 805 Beer called “This Land Is Your Land,” which features Central Coast singer-songwriter Jade Jackson singing Woody Guthrie’s famous American anthem. The film is available to watch online.

The film features Jackson’s performance and reflects the journey of Firestone Walker Brewing Company founders David Walker and Adam Firestone in building their own brewery in California. It follows the 805 Beer film “Small Town Story,” which explores Jackson’s passion for songwriting and supporting her family.

Hailing from Santa Margarita, California, Jackson is firmly rooted in her Central Coast roots. Her father encouraged her passion for songwriting and performing from a young age in a family where music played a central role.

“This Land Is Your Land” is 805 Beer’s latest project, celebrating the stories of its ambassadors – known as Authenticos – who embody 805 Beer’s pioneering spirit and its Central Coast origins. Firestone Walker and its California-brewed 805 Beer draw inspiration from their local community and the state’s soil. Premiering before July 4, this campaign highlights the homegrown authenticity and individual adventure that both the brewery and the 805 brand stand for.

“As brewers, we must have a deep connection to our environment and our communities. We owe a lot to this place we call home and are incredibly proud to have built and operated a brewery in California,” said Nick Firestone. “We hope this project with Jade is a fitting tribute to our community and the journey our Authenticos and 805 Beer fans take to pursue their passions.”
