Cabins Comments: ““The Power of the Beast” takes us one step further and shows our passion for energetic music, unstoppable beats, solid melodies, (synth)riffs and a meaningful message. It is dedicated to everyone who needs encouragement, motivation, determination and inner strength to keep striving. The message of the song is like the unyielding attitude and powerful determination of Guts, the protagonist from the manga ‘Berserker’However, the lyrics are actually a hybrid of ‘Berserker’ and my own outlook on life and experiences.

“Since the music is heavily influenced by the so-called Super Eurobeat that I have absorbed over the years, I think it is entirely justified – although not entirely serious, of course – to call this song a Super Eurobeast! It is the first of its kind, but we promise you that it will definitely not be the last!”

Music video director Katri Koppanen about their inspiration for the video: “I started working on the script for the music video when only fragments of the lyrics were available and Anton only had a few initial ideas for the lyrics. Even in the early stages, it was clear that the message of the song would be uplifting and energetic, which resonated with me, especially given how dark, chaotic and overwhelming the world has become in recent years. Quite often I find myself missing the innocence of films from the 80s and 90s, where the bad guys always got what they deserved. Inspired by this, I wanted to create something fun based on my favorite films from that era – something that leaves you in a good mood at the end.”
