Crazy Town rose to fame in 2000 with the hit single Butterfly from their debut album The Gift of Game.

The song reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2001 and was featured in the 2002 film “Orange County,” starring Jack Black and Colin Hanks.

Despite initial success, the group faced many challenges, including member turnover and Shellshock’s substance abuse.

The band took their first break in 2002 after their second album failed to match the success of The Gift of Game, and Shellshock pursued a solo career with moderate success, releasing the song Starry Eyed Surprise with Paul Oakenfold.

He also appeared on the reality TV shows “Celebrity Rehab” and “Sober House,” where he spoke openly about his struggle with drug addiction.

Variety reported that Shellshock was hospitalized in 2012 after she lost consciousness and fell into a coma before regaining consciousness.

The musician leaves behind three children: Halo, Gage and Phoenix.
