Ariana Grande changes her voice for “health” reasons

Ariana Grande changes her speaking voice for reasons of “vocal health”.
The pop star admitted that while working on the film musical “Wicked” she got used to speaking in a higher pitch and that she often changes her tone to keep her vocal cords healthy.
After a fan asked in an interview why Ariana’s speaking voice seems to alternate between a lower and higher tone, the singer explained her reasons in a comment on a TikTok video. She wrote: “Habit (of speaking like this for two years) and also vocal health…
“I intentionally change my vocal range (high/low) often depending on how much I sing. I’ve always done it that way, BYE.”
Ariana plays Glinda in the film “Wicked,” directed by Jon M. Chu, which is being released in two parts, with the first part slated for release in November.
She also released her new album, Eternal Sunshine, in March, and the singer recently admitted that she hadn’t planned on releasing any new music until Wicked came out, but she ended up working on the songs while filming was on hold due to the Hollywood strikes last year.
On the “Zach Sang Show,” Ariana explained: “I had no intention of (making new music now). I had no goal of making an album.”
“I was actually really against coming out with the music before ‘Wicked,’ either with both parts or just one part. I wasn’t sure how I would feel…
“It all just came out of me and after our first week together (with producer Max Martin) I went into the studio every day by myself and it just kept happening naturally, so I just decided to respond to it and listen and I thought maybe it should come out if it’s coming out of me like that. Maybe it should be shared in this way.”
