Patriot Mobile sponsors hit song against abortion

Patriot Mobile sponsored the newly released anti-abortion song I would be by teenage singer Rachel Holt.

“We got a call that we needed a sponsor for this pro-life song, and it was a perfect fit with our beliefs about the sanctity of life,” said Glenn Story, CEO of Patriot Mobile, in a press release. “It’s truly a beautiful song, and we need more conservative messages in the arts, as the music industry is a very important part of today’s culture war.”

The song, released on Friday, reached the Top 10 on the iTunes Country Charts and the No. 1 spot on PopVortex’s Country Music Videos. It is currently the No. 2 country music video on PopVortex.

Holt thanked Patriot Mobile for sponsoring the song.

“I am so grateful to Patriot Mobile for being the advertising sponsor of ‘I would be,” said Holt. “They have done a great job making this release possible.”

The song was written by Chris Wallen, who has written hit singles for artists such as Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, Garth Brooks and Trace Adkins. Wallen’s song is written from the perspective of a baby who never had the chance to be born. “I just wanted people to hear the voice of the voiceless,” he told Breitbart. “I really believe this is a God thing that happened.”

“I played her the song and her first words were, ‘I sing this song,'” Wallin said of Holt, according to Breitbart.

Wallin said it was difficult to find a sponsor for the song.

“We left no stone unturned when we called and talked to pro-life groups. In the end, none of them wanted to participate,” he told Breitbart. “It took a wireless company that was more pro-life than the pro-life companies to actually get involved.”

The song’s release coincided with National Celebrate Life Weekend, which marked the second anniversary of the Supreme Court’s overturning of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision. Roe v. Wade.

I would be Text:

Some don’t believe that I am a living soul

Just a bad mistake that needs to be fixed

If only my mom could have seen my face

Maybe she would have had me anyway

There are those who speak for me

Who fight for lives they cannot see

But there are some who just mourn?

This life of mine if I were born?

All I wanted was a chance

Learning to love, laugh and dance

But I was gone before I arrived

Sent back to heaven on a starlight flight

Yes, I wanted to change the world

I wanted to be a girl

The first thing I wanted to do

Was to breathe and fall in love with you

But a few weeks before I saw the light

Mine expired when you changed your mind

All I wanted was a chance

Learning to love, laugh and dance

But I was gone before I arrived

Sent back to heaven on a starlight flight

I wanted to have some nice curls

Yes, I wanted to be a girl

I am more than just a one-night stand

Or a burden that you hold for me

And there will be no man who will ever

What I wanted to be

Some don’t believe that I am a living soul

Just a bad mistake that needs to be fixed
