Amazon MGM has just released the trailer for “Red One,” a new Christmas film with a fresh take on an age-old genre – Christmas and Santa Claus.
The film stars action superstar Dwayne Johnson, Chris Evans (Captain America) and Lucy Liu (Kill Bill). Also starring are Kiernan Shipka, Bonnie Hunt, Kristofer Hivju, Nick Kroll, Wesley Kimmel and JK Simmons.

After Santa Claus – code name: RED ONE – is kidnapped, the North Pole’s security chief (Johnson) must team up with the world’s most notorious bounty hunter (Evans) to save Christmas in an action-packed mission around the globe.
Jake Kasdan is in the director’s chair for “Red One” and is directing from a screenplay by Chris Morgan based on a story by Hiram Garcia.
The producers are Dwayne Johnson, Hiram Garcia, Chris Morgan, Dany Garcia, Jake Kasdan and Melvin Mar.
The Christmas film will premiere in cinemas on November 15th.
