Ariana Grande shares a childhood video of herself to celebrate her 31st birthday

Ariana Grande celebrates her birthday with sweet nostalgia.

On Wednesday, June 26, the pop star celebrated her 31st birthday on Instagram by sharing a throwback video of herself singing as a young girl.

In the sweet video, Grande appears to be performing for the person behind the camera as she sings at the top of her lungs and busts out a few dance moves.

“Why don’t you sing Celine Dion?” asks the person behind the camera before the video ends.

In the comments section you Evil Co-star Cynthia Erivo sent her birthday wishes: “Happy birthday my sweet sister 🥹🥹🥹💚💚💚”

Meanwhile, her older brother Frankie Grande commented: “A STAR WAS BORN!! 🫶🫶🫶”

Reese Witherspoon also showed her some love: “Oh yessssss! Please never lose that energy!”

The official Instagram for the upcoming Evil Film dedicated a birthday post to the singer of “We Can’t Be Friends”, who plays Glinda, the good witch. The film will be released in theaters on November 27th.

Alongside a photo of Grande in her costume, the caption read: “Happy birthday, @ArianaGrande 👑🩷”

Earlier this month, the singer of “7 Rings” released a remix of her Forget it! Track “The Boy Is Mine” featuring Brandy and Monica, who released their R&B classic of the same name in 1998.

“This was both a pleasure and an honor @arianagrande We love you deeply!! @brandy divine timing ♥️ 25 THE BOY IS MINE…. Remix out NOW click the link in our bio… Enjoy 🐈‍⬛,” Monica wrote on her Instagram page.

Grande also shared a light-hearted video of her collaborators talking about how they were called upon to take part in the remix. “I rock with Ariana,” Monica said, before Brandy added, “She can really sing!”

Their appearance on the track comes after the two stars made a surprise appearance in her music video “The Boy Is Mine” with Penn Badgley. Grande teased the trio’s new song on Instagram days before its release, thanking the two legends for featuring with her on the track.

Meanwhile, after a recent interview on the Podcrushed Podcast – hosted by her music video co-star Badgley – Grande caught viewers’ attention when they noticed a change in her tone while answering a question.

When the video made its way to TikTok, Grande appeared in the comments section and set the record straight. “Habit (of speaking like that for two years) and also vocal health 🙂 🍵,” the Evil Star wrote: “I often change my vocal pitch (high/low) on purpose depending on how much I sing 😭 I’ve always done it that way, BYE.”
