Travis Kelce compares playing an NFL game at Wembley Stadium to watching Taylor Swift perform there

Travis Kelce knows what it’s like to perform in front of a sold-out crowd at Wembley Stadium, but he had never experienced a crowd like his girlfriend Taylor Swift – until last Sunday.

In the last episode of his New heights In the podcast released on Wednesday, June 26, Travis, 34, and his brother Jason Kelce were still basking in the sights of watching Swift, 34, “kill it all” at Wembley Stadium during her London stops on the Eras Tour.

The NFL brothers flew to England with friends and family to watch Swift’s performances, which ran for three nights from June 21-23.

“It was so cool,” Travis said, adding that the fans at Wembley Stadium were even more alive during Swift’s performance than when he and the Kansas City Chiefs played there against the Detroit Lions in 2015.

“Playing in front of 90,000 people at Wembley? I remember playing in front of 80,000 people at Wembley in 2015 and then seeing Tay going crazy up there,” he continued. “They get a lot louder for Taylor.”

Jason, 36, pointed out that fans at NFL games also “cheer on all the players on the field” and that “there’s not just one person up there on the stage.”

“It was incredibly impressive,” Jason added. “Taylor is obviously a great singer and songwriter, but then she was up there and performing at that level, and she was up there for three and a half or four hours?”

“Yeah, 45 songs, buddy,” Travis replied, praising Swift.

“Oh my God. Yeah, dude, if I did the song she did, I’d have to change my clothes,” Jason laughed.

“Incredible,” Travis agreed.

It was another unforgettable weekend for the superstar couple. At Sunday’s show, Travis made his Eras Tour debut, joining Swift on stage as a backup dancer during a costume change to “I Can Do It with a Broken Heart.”

During the changeover, Kelce carried Swift to a couch and helped another dancer freshen her up before singing the last song of The “Tortured Poets” section section of the show.

“I’m still laughing my head off/blown away by @killatrav’s Eras tour debut 🥰 I’ll never forget these shows,” Swift wrote on Instagram afterwards.

“They loved being on stage together,” a source told PEOPLE this week. “He’s confident and entertaining, and it was one of their tour highlights.”
