Travis Kelce talks about meeting Princess Charlotte at Taylor Swift’s London show

Travis Kelce thinks Princess Charlotte is a superstar!

In the episode from Wednesday, June 26, New heights with Jason and Travis Kelce In the podcast, the brothers talked about meeting Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte backstage at Taylor Swift’s first show of the London Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium on Friday, June 21.

Both Travis and Jason were huge fans of 9-year-old Charlotte, who was pictured beaming in a selfie with Swift and Travis, both 34, alongside her 42-year-old father and 10-year-old brother.

“I have to say, Prince William was amazing, but the highlight was Princess Charlotte. Prince George was amazing too. She was so damn sweet. I just can’t…” Jason said, and Travis agreed, saying, “She was.”

“She was a superstar,” Travis added, while Jason admitted, “I don’t know. Maybe it’s because I have three girls now.”

“She had fire in her. She asked questions,” Jason continued, calling it the most “electrifying” part of the meeting.

“I love it when parents ask their kids to be present and speak up…” Travis said, and Jason added, “Encourage them to take the lead in the conversation.”

Elsewhere in the podcast, Travis also talked about William being the “coolest mom——,” with the brothers admitting they weren’t sure if they were even allowed to talk about the meeting.

“It was a real pleasure to meet them. I wasn’t sure whether I should bow to them, curtsy or just be an American idiot and shake their hands,” Travis said.

“We wanted to be polite, especially on this side of the pond,” Travis added, as Jason pointed out that they didn’t have to bow or curtsy since it wasn’t an official royal event.

“But I still addressed him as Your Royal Highness,” Jason commented, while Travis joked, “I’ve never seen you show so much respect to anyone. You put your beer about ten feet away from you.”

In a snap shared on Instagram by the Prince and Princess of Wales, Swift is seen smiling as she takes a selfie, with Charlotte beaming next to her and George and William standing at the back of the group.

“Thank you @taylorswift for an amazing night! #LondonTSTheErastour,” the account captioned the post.

Swift made her and Travis’ romance official on Instagram and also shared a photo wishing William a happy birthday. The Prince of Wales attended the concert on what would have been his 42nd birthday.

“Happy birthday M8! The London shows are off to a great start 🇬🇧🇺🇸🤝,” wrote the “Love Story” hitmaker.
