Oilers GM laughs at famous exhibitionist: “I’ve heard of (her)”

The Edmonton Oilers failed to overcome a 3-0 deficit in the Stanley Cup Final, while the Florida Panthers held on to take a 2-1 lead in Game 7 and the title. And what a great story for the Panthers, who won their first Cup.

But it was also a great story for the Oilers, because Kait the Flasher became famous. She even signed with Playboy. And hey, even Oilers GM Ken Holland knew the story.

“I haven’t seen anything… I’ve heard about it,” Holland said at Woodward Sports, laughing rather hysterically. “But you know, this time of year… I think hockey is a passionate sport. When you love hockey… my goodness, it makes people do all kinds of things.”

She predicted her Oilers win in Game 7… in the shower. Many will tell you it was a winning choice, even if she was wrong. Kait, as she is known, signed with Playboy earlier in the day. Then the Oilers lost.

“So, I was talking to my good buddy Biz at Spittin’ Chiclets,” she said in the clip posted by Spittin’ Chiclets on X. “And he said, ‘What do you think is going to happen tonight, Kait?’ I said, ‘You don’t even have to ask, Biz.’

“‘Without a doubt, McJesus (Connor McDavid) will lead the Oilers to victory and the Cup will return to Edmonton.'”

As the video shows, there was a sign on the shower that read “Reserved parking for Oilers fans only.”

“Hey beauties, what’s up today?” Kait asked, opening the video. “You liked my last think spot so much that I thought I’d share another one with you – the shower.”

“I come here to make my most important decisions and have a little drink every now and then.”

It was a nice try, but it failed. We mean the prediction. Everything else was a success.
