Country singer Ivana Pino Arellano dies in a horror accident one day after her 32nd birthday

A POPULAR country singer has died in a horrific car crash at the age of just 32.

Ivana Pino Arellano, a mother of four, died tragically on June 15, just one day after celebrating her birthday with family and friends.

Ivana was driving the car when she reportedly lost control in wet conditions and the engine overturned on the side of the road.

Shocking images show that the car was badly damaged and overturned when the police arrived.

Ivana died at the scene of the accident and her passenger was seriously injured, local media reports.

The fatal accident occurred on the M-80 road near the town of Pelluhe in the Maule region of central Chile.

The country star was better known as “La Rancherita de Chanco” and was considered a traditional Mexican musician who was praised for her vocal range and stage presence.

She had built up a large following in her home community of Chanco and was supported by the local council.

The municipality of Chanco released a statement on social media confirming the tragic death.

They described Ivana as an “unforgettable personality whose charisma will mark our lives forever.”

Before adding: “The name ‘Ivana’ will always mean happiness and joy in its purest essence to us.”

“Thank you, Ivana, for giving us days full of light and harmony.

“Your departure leaves a void that cannot be filled, but your legacy will endure through time and remind us of the beauty of your spirit and the generosity of your heart.”

The local council also released a statement saying: “Ivana embodied the spirit of public service with passion and love and was always ready to help others and find solutions even in the most difficult moments.”

“She studied and worked with a lot of responsibility and commitment in our community.

“Her husband and children were the pillars of her life, the reason for all her efforts and sacrifices.”

Ivana was buried on June 17 at the Curanipe Parish Cemetery in Pelluhe.

The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
