Famous childhood stars Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Talulah Riley marry

Thomas Brodie-Sangster from “Nanny McPhee” has married Talulah Riley from St. Trinian’s after almost two years together.

The couple began dating in July 2022 after meeting on the set of Pistol before getting engaged a year later and have now tied the knot in a small ceremony in Hertfordshire.

According to The Sun, the couple married at St. George’s Church in Anstey. Talulah is seen in the photo wearing a white satin dress with a veil. Thomas, who played Jojen Reed in Game of Thrones, wore a smart blue jacket.

Thomas, who also rose to fame as a child actor with roles in Love Actually and Nanny McPhee, announced the couple’s engagement on Instagram last year, writing: “I’m delighted to announce that Talulah and I are engaged. Love is everywhere, X”

Although Thomas’ role on Game of Thrones ended in 2014, the fantasy series ran for eight more seasons, with George RR Martin’s universe expanding with the release of the spin-off House of the Dragon.

Thomas also recently appeared in the Disney+ series “The Artful Dodger” – a series that, despite the title, the actor admitted, was not “very Dickensian.”

“It’s very, very different,” Thomas told RadioTimes. “It’s colourful but not really very Dickensian when you think about it.”

“I wanted to concentrate on what was on the paper, on the script, do them justice and not worry so much about the story, because for a real Dickens fan who loves the books, that doesn’t count.”

You’ve taken these characters and thrown them into a different environment, a different pace, a different feeling. The closest you get to that is probably some of Fagan’s dialogue, which is reminiscent of Dickens.”

game of Thrones Seasons 1-8 are available on DVD and Blu-ray. House of the Dragon will be broadcast on HBO and Max in the USA and on Sky Atlantic And NOW In the United Kingdom.
