REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS:

Barnhill Building Group has been selected by the College of the Albemarle as Construction Manager @ Risk and is attempting to pre-qualify contractors to submit bids to provide labor, materials, equipment and tools for the new College of The Albemarle – Health Sciences Simulation Laboratory (COA Health Sciences) based in Elizabeth City, NC. Please note: Only subcontractors pre-qualified by Barnhill may submit a bid.

The project includes the new construction of a 38,000 square foot, two-story addition to the existing Owens Health Sciences Center and will house classrooms, laboratories and a simulation lab. The site is just over 4.5 acres and is located on an active campus. This new construction will be a steel structure with brick and metal panel cladding, curtain wall and storefront glazing with a PVC roof membrane.

Sussex Development is requesting bids for the turnkey supply and installation of FF&E for the new Tulls Creek Elementary School, 125 Campus Drive, Moyock, NC27929. This project is a new, two-story elementary school for grades Pre-K through 5, approximately 118,000 square feet. Bid documents can be obtained through Christopher West Interiors LLC.
